Our facilitator Nastya just called and said she and Alexey waited at the tax police office until it closed at 6:00 pm but we still don't have what we need. She said they've promised about 99% chance of being able to get it in the morning. So we are supposed to be ready for their phone call about 9:00-9:30 am and head out on the Metro closer to that end of town so it will be quicker for Alexey to pick us up since they will already be out that way with another couple (Amy B)
Nastya asked for lots of prayers that this tax number paper will indeed be ready tomorrow morning. Then we can finally get Steven and get to work on the passport. We just have 4 more business days to get all this final stuff done: passport, medical and visa--and you know we are fast coming up on a weekend.
Thanks so much for all your prayers. I really don't think people realize just how absolutely vital they are.
